Police arrested a 33-year-old Waipahu man who is accused of attacking another motorist with a wooden club in Pearl City Monday afternoon.

Police said a 28-year-old motorist was driving in Pearl City on Monday at 1:40 p.m. when he was confronted by the suspect who left his car and challenged him to a fight. The suspect then took a wooden club striking the window of the victim’s car, shattering the glass on the driver’s side.

The suspect fled, but was later arrested at a Waipahu Street address on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening and first-degree criminal property damage.

and while you're at it, send the other guy for remedial driving lessons. hawaii has the world's worst drivers, run red lights, no use turn signals, not moving when the light turns green cuz prolly texting, forcing their way in when making left hand turns... the city should give the assaillant a medal, maybe that bad driver will understand there's other drivers on the same roads. BATTER UP!

I notice that a lot of drivers who don't seem to know the rules stick their middle finger or lash out at other drivers after an incident as if they believe that they were in the right when in fact they were the ones that had committed the driving offense.
