Man in serious condition after truck hits freeway guardrail

A man in his 30s was taken to the hospital in serious condition early Friday morning after the truck he was driving struck a guardrail on the H-1 Freeway west-bound Pali Highway off-ramp.
The accident occurred at about 12:15 a.m., according to Emergency Medical Services.
