Woman dies after being pulled from waters at Ala Moana Beach Park

A 77-year-old woman was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition after she nearly drowned this morning at Ala Moana Beach Park.

A woman taken to an Oahu hospital today in extremely critical condition after she nearly drowned has died, according to the Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office.

The woman, 77,  was taken to the hospital after experiencing problems at 6:37 this morning at Ala Moana Beach Park, according to Emergency Medical Services.
