A 19-year-old Texas fugitive was arrested Tuesday in a rented home in Keeau by the Hawaii fugitive task force.

Samuel Lawrence Adkins is being held on a $500,000 bond in the Hawaii Community Correction Center in Hilo awaiting extradition to Austin, Texas.

Adkins has been charged with one count of first-degree aggravated sexual assault. The alleged incident took place July 30 in Austin, where Adkins used the threat of deadly force to facilitate the assault.

As task force officers approached the residence, Adkins fled out the back door and a short foot chase entailed.

allie, does my tax dollars go into your federal/tribal funds which you use for you school expenses. I have seen you critisizing Hawaiians for taking advantage of taxpayer monies for their school expenses. therefore I am asking you are you a "hypocrit?"
