What IS a dangerous Instrument? His Sexual organ is probably a dangerous Instrument. Or a pen, pencil, his cellphone, his key chain? Or his eyes threw daggers at me. What's so hard to describe the Instrument? They don't report, someone was threatened, they say a Girl was threatened. PITY.
