N. Korean military says it is prepared to wage war on South

By Sangwon Yoon

Bloomberg News

North Korea is prepared to wage a “holy war” against South Korean President Lee Myung Bak’s government and would take “special action” against targets that could include central Seoul, an unidentified spokesman of the supreme command of the Korean People’s Army said in a statement carried by the official Korean Central News Agency.

Lee’s government insulted celebrations in Pyongyang of state founder Kim Il Sung’s 100th birth anniversary on April 15 by “orchestrating” an anti-North Korea protest in Seoul that day, the spokesman said.

North Korea often issues statements threatening war.

Apparently, North Korean military leaders are not telling their juvenile “Dear Leader” how the US Military, the most powerful on earth, can clean their clock. Yes, the North may run wild for a few days or so, but very quickly, they will lose their command and control, supply lines cut, war will be over. Shhhh, what the dear leader doesn’t know is this is a secret plan by military leaders for a mass defection. Soon as all the military has crossed the border, they will all ask for political asylum and a new Hyundai or Kia car.

Agreed, the North must realize that if they actually attacked South Korea... it would eventually lead to the downfall of the Kim regime.

They've been saying that for years. If they do provoke a war, the response MUST be swift and overwhelming to bring the North back to planet earth. We cannot afford a prolonged war. Nuke their military sites and move in.
