Tree-trimmer who died in fall is identified

The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s office identified the 48-year-old tree trimmer who died after falling 30 feet out of a tree in Maili late Saturday morning as Venancio Domingcil.
Paramedics were called to an empty lot on Paakea Road about 11:00 a.m. Saturday, the city Department of Emergency Services said. Domingcil was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition where he later died.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
