Honolulu police searching for suspect in New Year's Day shooting

Police are investigating a shooting in Waianae this morning that left a 31-year-old man in serious condition.
A suspect remains at large.
The incident happened about 5:30 a.m. in the Uluwehi housing complex, on Ala Walua Street, police said.
An attempted-murder case has been opened.
The victim was taken to the Queen's Medical Center in serious condition.
