Paramedics treated a 32-year-old man for a grazing gunshot wound after an unidentified male allegedly fired multiple shots at him and two others at Red Hill.

At about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, patrol officers responded to reports of several gunshots in the area of Moanalualani Place and Ala Kapuna Street. Police said an unidentified male suspect reportedly armed with a handgun fired multiple times at three occupants of a vehicle and fled in a black-colored sedan driven by a second male. Both men were described to be in their 20s.

Police said the 32-year-old man, who suffered a grazing gunshot wound to the side of his body, was treated at the scene by paramedics. The two other occupants, a 33-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, were not injured. Officers observed damage to the vehicle’s front grill and panel.

Police said the motive for the shooting is unknown.
