Man charged after allegedly stabbing woman in Palolo
Prosecutors charged a 60-year-old man with second-degree attempted murder Tuesday.
Police arrested Rance Saiki for allegedly stabbing a 51-year-old woman at 8:57 a.m. Monday with a dangerous instrument in Palolo.
Police said the woman was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
Saiki’s bail was set at $100,000.
