Man, 22, hospitalized after assault on UH campus

A 22-year-old man was hospitalized in serious condition after he was assaulted at or near the Stan Sheriff Center at the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus early this morning.
City emergency personnel were called to the scene at 1355 Lower Campus Road at about 1:49 a.m., the city Division of Emergency Medical Services said.
The victim had apparently been assaulted by another man, EMS said.
