A 38-year-old man was arrested after he threatened three people in Kalihi with a handgun last night.

Police said that they were called to the Kalhi Street about 10:50 p.m. from two men, ages 41 and 39, and a woman, 41, who reported a man threatening them verbally while holding a dangerous instrument.

The man fled the scene, but the suspect was located a short distance later and arrested on three counts of terroristic threatening and violating a protective order. A woman living in the home, an ex-girlfriend of the suspect, had a protective order against him.
