Man beaten with canoe paddle in Kaneohe robbery attempt
A man said he was robbed another man and beaten with a canoe paddle in Kaneohe Monday.
Police said the victim, 22, said a man who held a wooden canoe paddle demanded his property about noon Monday.
When he refused, the man struck him several times with the paddle and then ran off without any of the victim’s belongings.
