Hiker seriously injured after 30-foot fall off Kuliouou Trail

A hiker fell 30 feet after being hit by a rock on the Kuliouou Trail this afternoon, the Emergency Medical Services Department reported.
Paramedics took the 53-year-old woman to the hospital in serious condition at about 1 p.m.
