All lanes of Date Street between Kamuela and Kapahulu avenues have been reopened following a 12-inch main break near Kamuela Avenue.

Crews from the Board of Water Supply completed repairs to the water main, originally installed in 1976, Sunday afternoon. The right Ewa-bound lane of Date Street between Kapahulu and Kamuela avenues had been closed while crews affected repairs to the broken main, which had been called in at 5:14 a.m.

About five customers were without water and a water wagon was dispatched.

Yeah! As soon as Caldwell got in office the water bill went up. Remember how Mufi jacked us. Caldwell was his managing director then. Watch out folks, they keep saying they can handle infastructure without jacking us but thats a lie. Rail is soaking it like a sponge,
