Missing Moanalua man found in Waikiki

A 61-year-old Moanalua man missing since Sunday was found early this morning at a Waikiki hotel.

Police issued a bulletin for Masakazu Toguchi, who suffers from dementia, after he was last seen at noon Sunday in the area of Ala Iolani Place near the Moanalua Golf Course. 

Toguchi was located at 1:30 a.m. at a hotel in Waikiki. He was returned safely to his care home in Moanalua.

Which care home didn't keep an eye on one of its residents? Isn't it their priority to monitor people with dementia so they don't walk away from the residence? Glad to hear he's OK.
