The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, Aston Hotels & Resorts, and the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association have won global Adrian Awards from the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association.

One of HVCB’s five awards was a top-tier Platinum Award for 2012 public relations efforts in promoting “Hawaii’s Culinary Evolution,” by Honolulu-based McNeil Wilson Communications.

The Platinum Award-winning entry, chosen from among 128 Gold Award winners, was presented for an 11-page spread titled “Hawaii’s Next Wave,” published in the May 2012 issue of Travel + Leisure magazine. Its initial Gold Award was presented in the Feature Placement – Print category.

HVCB also won Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards in the Television, Print and Complete Campaign categories for “Living in the Moment,” prepared by Honolulu-based advertising agency MVNP.

Aston Hotels & Resorts’ Advertising Gold Award was presented for its One Million HawaiianMiles Sweepstakes promotion, and the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association won its Public Relations  Gold Award for the Hookipa Learning Center Launch, prepared by Honolulu-based Olomana Loomis ISC.
