Police Thursday arrested a 31-year-old man who allegedly robbed a 32-year-old man outside a club near Kalakaua Avenue and Kapiolani Boulevard on Dec. 27.

Police said the suspect approached the other man the club and allegedly demanded money. When the victim refused to comply, the suspect allegedly began to choke him.

The victim then gave him all his money. The suspect then allegedly punched him in the head, police said.

He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
