Man finds dead fetus in cardboard box in Aiea park

The Medical Examiner’s Office will try to determine how a fetus, which was found in an Aiea park this morning, died.
Police said the fetus was found by a man collecting recyclable materials at Napuanani Park at 7:30 a.m. The man found a box, discovered the fetus when he opened the box when he got home and called police.
