Man arrested on kidnapping count following Super Bowl party
A Makaha man, 30, was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and abuse of a family member after attacking a relative following a Super Bowl party in Waianae Sunday evening.
Police said the man and a woman, also 30, both began to leave a party in Waianae about 7:15 p.m. Sunday when the man assaulted the woman and forced her into her vehicle.
The man, of a Hana Street address, was arrested Monday morning shortly before 8 a.m.
