700 customers lose electricity because of downed pole in Kalihi

About 700 Hawaiian Electric Co, customers in Kalihi are without power due to a downed pole.

The pole is located off Likelike Highway near the Kamehameha Shopping Center.

The outage occurred around 6:20 p.m. HECO personnel are on the scene but it is not yet known when power will be restored, according to HECO spokesman Darren Pai.
