Man falls 50 feet down embankment in Kailua

A fall down a 50-foot embankment sent a man in his early 40s to the hospital in critical condition this afternoon, paramedics said.
The incident happened at about 12:30 p.m. in back of the Castle Medical Center, according to the Department of Emergency Services.
No other information was immediately available.
