Makiki resident arrested for allegedly threatening man in Hawaii Kai

Police arrested a 57-year-old Makiki man who allegedly threatened a 58-year-old man in Hawaii Kai Wednesday with a dangerous instrument.
Police said the incident occurred at 7:45 a.m. and arrested the suspect at 8 a.m. Wednesday.
The suspect was released pending investigation.
