Man arrested after allegedly quashing Ewa Beach argument with unregistered gun

 A 22-year-old Ewa Beach man was arrested Wednesday night when he allegedly pulled out an unregistered handgun to stop an argument between two men.

Police said two men were arguing just after 5:30 p.m. at an Ewa Beach home when one of them went to a car to get a baseball bat. The suspect, armed with a handgun, intervened stopping the argument. He was arrested on suspicion of having an unregistered firearm and another weapons violation.
