A barricade situation in Mililani was resolved at about 3 p.m. Saturday after several tense hours.

Officers responded to an argument call this morning and found a man refusing to come out of the home on Kealakaa Street.

The Honolulu Police Department’s Specialized Services Division responded.

Police were finally able to secure him.

Emergency Medical Services said a man in his 30s was taken at 3:05 p.m. by ambulance to the hospital in serious condition for medical reasons.
