2 boys arrested in robbery of 3 other boys in Kalihi

Police Tuesday arrested two boys, ages 14 and 16, on suspicion of first-degree and second-degree robbery in Kalihi.
The boys are accused of robbing three 13-year-old boys at 1:45 p.m. Feb. 13.
Police said the victims were walking home when three teens approached them and allegedly demanded money.
One of the suspects was armed with a dangerous instrument.
Police said one suspect allegedly assaulted one of the 13-year-olds when he failed to comply with their demands.
The two were arrested Tuesday morning and released shortly thereafter.
One of the suspects is unknown.
