All Kauai public schools, school buses to resume Thursday

Hanalei Elementary School will resume classes on Thursday after being closed today due to heavy rains that created dangerous road conditions and the closure of Hanalei Bridge, the Department of Education said.

School bus transportation services will be provided for students living from Haena to Hanalei who attend Hanalei Elementary, Kapaa Middle and Kapaa High Schools.  

All public schools and school bus transportation services on Kauai will be in operation on Thursday.
