Man arrested at Philippine consulate for burglary

A 59-year-old homeless man was arrested early this morning on suspicion of first-degree burglary after he allegedly entered and took items from what police described as a government agency building in Nuuanu.

Police said the man was arrested just after midnight Sunday at the office of the Philippine Consulate General on Pali Highway.
