More evidence that City has to start paying more attention to the the Keeaumoku area. This is becoming a dangerous area, even in broad daylight. At night, it's down right scary. Even the casual observer wil see the that this area is becoming filthy, populated with marginal folks and an a new infestation of homeless.

Hey Kirk, how about we start taking care of established neighborhoods and put some money into keeping taxpayers safe instead of establishing the Vodka Apartments for the chronics?

Women getting assaulted in our neighborhoods at 10:25 AM and this Mayor wants his homeless boys to set up housing "in place" for druggies and losers. Can you believe it?
