I can never understand why people can ride in a truck bed while passengers in cars must all wear seat belt. It just defies logic.

Seeing as how Kilauea and Kaimuki avenues run parallel to one another two blocks apart, I have no idea how an accident can occur on Kilauea Avenue "near" Kaimuki Avenue. Is it too much to ask that facts be checked before a story is written? Oh, Channel 2 just reported it was on Kilauea near 16th. Thank you, KHON.
