A state judge Wednesday dismissed the charges against the remaining defendants accused of assaulting Washington Redskins All-Pro tackle Trent Williams and Williams’ brother Fredrick at a Kakaako nightclub two days before this year’s Pro Bowl game at Aloha Stadium.

Honolulu District Judge Clarence Pacarro this afternoon dismissed misdemeanor assault charges against John Stancil and Michael Buntenbah.

Stancil, 25, was accused of assaulting both Williams brothers on Jan. 25 at the M Nightclub.

Buntenbah, 40, was accused of assaulting Fredrick Williams.

Stancil was the nightclub’s doorman. Buntenbah was a bouncer.

On Monday, state Circuit Judge Michael Wilson dismissed a felony assault charge against Stancil’s brother Michael Miske, Jr. after the prosecutor told him that neither Williams brother will be returning to Hawaii for trial.

Miske, 39, was accused of hitting Trent Williams in the head with a bottle. At the time of the alleged assault, Miske was a minority owner of the nightclub.

Williams’ injury required multiple stitches to his head and kept the 24-year-old, 6-foot-5, 328-pound offensive tackle on the sidelines for the 2013 Pro Bowl game on Jan. 27.

This leaves Miske and his gang to continue their questionable none nightclub activities and intimidating others. The Williams brothers did Hawai'i a big disfavor by not returning to testify.
