Police arrest teen girl found in stolen car

Police arrested a 14-year-old girl who was caught driving a stolen car in the Moiliili area.

Officers observed the girl operating the vehicle and stopped her. She was arrested on suspicion of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle and second-degree detaining stolen property.
