All lanes reopened on Moanalua Freeway near Puuloa Road

Honolulu Police have reopened three west-bound lanes along the Moanalua Freeway in the Kalihi area, near Puuloa Road, that were closed earlier Thursday due to a debris spill.

Police had closed the left lanes due to cement on the roadway. The spill occurred at about 3:30 p.m.
