Police investigate alleged abuse of Wahiawa toddler

Honolulu child abuse and domestic violence detectives have been asked to investigate a report that a two-year-old boy allegedly was abused by a 21-year-old man on Wednesday.

The police report only said the alleged incident occurred at 1:30 p.m. in Wahiawa. The report did not say whether the two were related. 

No other details were released except the case after it was reported was turned over to the child and family violence detail of the criminal investigation division.
