Las Vegas man arrested after fight near Lewers Street in Waikiki

A 30-year-old Las Vegas man was arrested for allegedly assaulting two men early this morning on Lewers Street in Waikiki, according to police records.

Police said the suspect argued with a man in his 20s around 2:40 a.m. and assaulted him with a dangerous instrument.

Another man in his 20s tried to intervene and also was injured, police said.

Officers arrested the suspect on suspicion of second-degree assault at around 3 a.m.
