Mililani captured the OIA Red conference championship with a 37-6 win over Farrington Friday night at Aloha Stadium.
Trojans quarterback McKenzie Milton had a hand in three touchdowns with a 52-yard run, a 23-yard reception and a 24-yard pass to lead Mililani to its second OIA Red title in the past four years.
Trojans running back Vavae Malepeai added 90 rushing yards and a touchdown and the Mililani defense held the Governors offense out of the end zone.
Mililani opened the scoring with a 29-yard field goal by Marc Matas.
On the Trojans' next drive, Milton scrambled and found running room to his right, weaving his way through the Farrington defense for a 52-yard touchdown run. The extra point was blocked and Mililani led 9-0 after the first quarter.
Malepeai stretched the lead with a 3-yard touchdown run and Bronsen Ader's 42-yard punt return set the Trojans up at the Farrington 28 with 1:03 left in the half.
Backup quarterback Robert Falefine then threw a 23-yard touchdown pass to Milton and connected with Ian Namu on the 2-point conversion and Mililani led 23-0 at halftime.

Kaiser senior Thomas Leong ran for three touchdowns, Fitou Fisiiahi added two scores and the Cougars captured the OIA White Conference championship with a 41-21 win over Pearl City tonight at Aloha Stadium.
Kaiser last won an OIA title in 1979 and added a second by completing an undefeated run in league play.
Leong finished the game with 154 yards on 14 carries, while Fisiiahi ran for 80 yards on 17 carries. The duo accounted for Kaiser's last three touchdowns and the Cougars pulled away after Pearl City tied the game 21-21 with 5:21 left in the third quarter.
Pearl City opened the game by recovering an onside kick and the teams traded three touchdowns in a 30-second span.
After Pearl City took the lead with Blake Cooper's touchdown run, the Chargers attempted another onside kick. This time Kaiser's Nic Tom scooped up the kick and returned it 50 yards for a touchdown. On Pearl City's next play from scrimmage, Jordan Taamu threw an 82-yard touchdown pass to Kierren McGhee to give the Chargers a 14-7 lead.
Kaiser responded by scoring the next 14 points, on touchdown runs by Leong and Fisiiahi and a 2-point conversion run by Leong.
Pearl City, which lost to Kaiser 31-6 on Oct. 4, tied the score on a 27-yard touchdown run by Dominic Maneafiga. But Kaiser reclaimed control with Leong's second touchdown run followed quickly by his third after the Cougars recovered a Pearl City fumble. Fisiiahi added a 23-yard touchdown with 5:20 left in the game.
