Water service was restored  for 18 Hawaii Kai customers  at 10 a.m. after a 4-inch water main broke early this morning.

The Board of Water Supply said the break occurred at 2:15 a.m. at 965 Kanakou Place in Mariner’s Ridge.

A water wagon is stationed at 982 Kanakou Place.
