Prosecutors today charged a 28-year-old man who allegedly terrorized three people in Kakaako.

Karel Pualuay was charged with two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening and second-degree assault.

Police said he threatened a 32-year-old woman and two men, ages 45 and 40, with a dangerous instrument on Monday. He then entered the home of one of the victims, removed property and injured one of the victims using a dangerous instrument.

He is being held on $75,000 bail.
