The National Weather Service Thursday canceled a flash flood warning for Oahu.

The cancellation came at 9:31 p.m.

The Weather Service had issued the warning after radar showed heavy rain near Waikane and other locations along the Koolau Mountains.

But the Weather Service said those rains have stopped.

Kahuku Village is ready for the heavy rains and high waters. The attorney who is representing the evicted residents will most likely add a page or two to his 233 page lawsuit against the owner of most of Kahuku Village. Perhaps there will be enough water to float his houseboat.
