Two teen-aged girls are facing terroristic threatening charges after a confrontation with two teachers at a Waipahu area school Thursday morning.
Police said a 16-year-old girl allegedly threatened a 57-year-old woman when she was asked to leave a classroom because the teacher believed she was disrupting the class. When a 14-year-old fellow classmate tried to let the first girl return to the room, she was stopped by another teacher. The 14-year-old girl then allegedly assaulted the second teacher.
Both girls were released pending further investigation after being arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.
The school was not identified in the police report.
