Bro! Bet my house it was a entitlement thing taken advantage of their so-called handicap ailments. I bet the driver made a comment about their ability to walk about and watnots. Could you imagine a handicap person in a wheelchair smashing all them windows and hitting the driver? I mean it they are able to do that, they ain't Handicapped!

Why are Waianae and Kapolei folks shopping at Keeaumoku Walmart via HandiVan in the first place? I hope that is the last time they ever get a ride.

Just what I was thinking. When Kapolei was first proposed, it was sold as a "Second City" which would make businesses, jobs, and services more accessible to Leeward residents, in particular those from Waianae, negating the need for lengthy trips to town. One would think that the Kapolei Walmart would be much more convenient for these two malcontents. But, then again, perhaps they had already worn out their welcome there in Kapolei and were too well known.

Can't figure out how they both got certified for Handi-Van, inasmuch as they were capable of injuring the driver.
