Senior All-American hitter Emily Hartong put down a match-high 15 kills and freshman hitter Nikki Taylor added 11 as No. 12 Hawaii kept its Big West volleyball title hopes alive with a 25-19, 25-17, 25-19 sweep of UC Davis tonight at the Stan Sheriff Center.

Junior defensive specialist Sarah Mendoza finished with a career-high 12 digs for the Rainbow Wahine (21-4, 10-3).

Devon Damelio led the Aggies (13-15, 6-9) with 13 kills.

A crowd of 5,540 (7,050) watched as Hawaii took 92 minutes to win its fifth straight.

Hawaii hosts Cal State Northridge Saturday at 7 p.m. in its final regular-season home match. It's senior night for seven Rainbow Wahine: Mita Uiato, Ali Longo, Kristina Tuaniga, Kaela Goodman, Courtney Lelepali, Ashley Kastl and Hartong.
