Brilliant scheduling to start a project a week before the most stressful time of year. A week before Christmas when people are rushing to get things done, tourist count at one of the highest of the year, and the workers distraction of the upcoming holidays. Give everyone a break and start after the holidays... less chances of road rage and less traffic build up.after tourist leave..I'm a local and I wouldn't want to spend my holidays in traffic. Though inevitable, pick a better time to start.
