Police arrest man for allegedly threatening neighbors

Honolulu police arrested a 66-year-old man for allegedly threatening his neighbors with a dangerous instrument Saturday night.

Police said the 66-year-old man brandished a dangerous instrument in a threatening manner towards a 33-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman in the university area at 9:45 p.m.

The suspect was released pending further investigation Sunday morning.
