Woman, 65, hit by car in Liliha

A 65-year-old woman was in serious condition after she was struck by a car in Liliha Saturday morning.

The accident happened at Alewa Drive and Wyllie Street at about 6:54 a.m., according to an Emergency Medical Services Division report.

Paramedics took the woman to the hospital in serious condition.

Two choices really though: a 65 year old or an 18 year old. Both at ages where paying attention behind the wheel is not the first option. Need to make stricter laws including limits for seniors driving. Also, older people need to realize that it's not going to do you good by going holoholo in the off hours. Just wait for people to help you, such as riding TheHandiVan.
