LAS VEGAS >> A man shot dead in a parked vehicle outside a Las Vegas strip club during the weekend has been identified as a 28-year-old ex-convict who served prison time for drug trafficking.

The Clark County coroner said Monday that Antonio Darrnell Logan of Las Vegas was killed by a gunshot to the chest.

Las Vegas police say Logan was found a little before 8:30 a.m. Saturday in the driver's seat of a vehicle parked outside the Crazy Horse III.

Police said it appeared Logan argued with other people before he was shot.

The club was open at the time, but investigators don't think the altercation began inside.

Records show that Logan was sentenced to state prison in January 2011 after pleading guilty to felony drug trafficking.

This kind of an incident says it's not good to bring gambling to Hawaii. Also the many losses suffered by Nevada casinos says gambling needs to be kept away from Hawaii. So years of legislative work has got it right: no gambling in Hawaii. Real Estate is in the downswing in Nevada also, a remnant of gambling. Homelessness is at the top the list of things to do for our Legislature, for the 1465 homeless or so who are not in shelters. Construction needs a boost so please fast track homeless shelters Admiral Abercrombie!!!
