i was next to the blue pickup when this happened. the moped clipped a vehicle making a left turn then i thought he recovered to continue down the road. evidently he lost control. it happened so fast he didn't slow down at all before clipping another car and then hitting the pickup. rest in peace. blessings to the driver of the pickup, driver of the other car, and whomever else witnessed this terrible accident.

The vehicle making the left turn is at fault for not yielding to traffic.

no, this is incorrect. the vehicle making the left was in front of the moped making a legal left turn into the townhouses. the moped driver didn't slow down when the vehicle slowed down to negotiate the left.
