The new Over Par snack bar has opened at Kauai’s Wailua Golf Course, and a restaurant and bar is expected to be up and running by the end of this week, according to Kauai County officials.

State business registration records show the owner of Over Par Inc. is Corey Aguano, owner and operator of Brick Oven Pizza restaurants in Wailua and Kalaheo, Kauai, and in Kapolei and Kaneohe on Oahu.

Over Par is open daily from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“We’re very happy that the Wailua Golf Course will soon be a full-service facility once again,” said Parks and Recreation Deputy Director Ian Costa, in a news release.

Golf Channel personality Matt Ginella recently listed Wailua Golf Course among his five favorites in Hawaii. Maui’s Plantation Course was ranked No. 1 followed by Hualalai Golf Course on Hawaii island, Wailua Golf Course was third, and The Challenge at Manele on Lanai and Turtle Bay Golf on Oahu ranked fourth and fifth, respectively.
