The 2014 Election season officially begins Monday with the start of the candidate filing period.

Those wishing to become a candidate for federal, state and county office have until June 3rd at 4:30 p.m. to submit their applications.

Chief Election Officer Scott Nago and county clerks will being issuing nomination papers and accepting completed candidate filings at various locations throughout the state.
