Liloa Rise reopened after power lines fall in Manoa

Downed power lines closed Liloa Rise in Manoa between Kamehameha Avenue and Armstrong Street, Honolulu Police said.

The incident happened at about 4:30 a.m., according to the Honolulu Traffic Information website.

Police said the road was reopened by 7 a.m.
